Sporting Club Madrid is a new club model for all those players who are looking forward to an excellent and unforgettable football and life experience in Spain. We offer an integrated sporting experience with the objective of creating great players and great people. In a professional structure Sporting Club Madrid offers an international experience, combining sports, life and personal development. We apply scientific methods to optimize and develop physical and mental performance. Sporting Club Madrid is an intercultural platform that uses the best practices of our sport and connect around the globe, using our sport as a meansof communication.
SCM competes in the Spanish fútbol pyramid. Play 35 league matches, 5-10 pre-season matches, mid-week Showcase matches against semi-professional, professional and professional affiliate (U23) teams. In 1 year play 50 – 60 matches, train full-time from August to June. In addition, deep match analysis feedback are provided to better player development. Have film and profile in the Spanish league system, in professional and semi – professional circles.
There are many affordable options depending on the neighborhood and locations. Public transportation is well communicated and easy to use, so you will be able to visit any spot of the city with a short trip. Student housing is readily available with over 20 residences in Madrid. The majority of which provide a full meal plan plus other amenities such as gym, common areas and study rooms.
1. Contact
Interview with club staff. The main objectives are to identify the motivations of the player and what their interests are in fútbol, Madrid and possible studies.
2. Profile review
Technical staff review the video and/or profile of the aspirant. Approves the offering of a roster spot to the player or not.
3. Signing
The Player-Club agreement is sent to the player. Once the agreement is signed, and the deposit payed, the Club begins working with the player on the Visa process.
